Virtually everyone, regardless of age, health, or other life circumstances, can improve their cognitive skills and thereby their life skills.   There are several schools of thought regarding how cognitive education and approaches can be successful.  Dr. Goldstein uses interactive assessment approaches to determine areas of strength and need, and different methods and programs based on cognitive and cognitive-behavioral approaches.
